    Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm me arsyet përkatëse:

    1. Shoqëria A. SH Engineering SHPK për arsye se:
    a. Nuk plotëson kërkesën 2.3.2 për kualifikim lidhur me stafin e propozuar pasi nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokumentacion për angazhimin në staf të një inxhinieri hidroteknik, në përputhje me kërkesën.
    b. Nuk plotëson kërkesën 2.3.4 për kualifikim lidhur me realizimin e shërbimeve të ngjashme. Për të provuar plotësimin e këtij kushti ka paraqitur disa kontrata mbikëqyrje për rruge, kanalizime, objekte kullimi etj, por asnjë prej këtyre kontratave nuk mund të konsiderohet si e ngjashme me kontratën që prokurohet (ndërtim godine).
    c. Oferta e paraqitur është më e ulët se vlera minimale e lejuar e përcaktuar në nenin 7 të Vendimit të Këshillit të Ministrave Nr. 704, datë 29.10.2014 Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave për shërbime në planifikim territori, projektim, mbikëqyrje dhe kolaudim .

    2. Shoqëria Zenit 06 SHPK për arsye se:
    a. Nuk plotëson kërkesën 2.3.2 për kualifikim lidhur me stafin e propozuar. Në datën 16.07.2014 ka lidhur një kontrate pune me arkitekten Rajmonda Daja, por zonja Daja nuk figuron në listëpagesat e shoqërisë për periudhën e kërkuar Shkurt 2015 deri Gusht 2015. b. Nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokumentacion për angazhimin në staf të një inxhinieri hidroteknik, në përputhje me kërkesën.
    c. Nuk plotëson kërkesën 2.3.4 për kualifikim lidhur me realizimin e shërbimeve të ngjashme.
    d. Oferta e paraqitur është më e ulët se vlera minimale e lejuar e përcaktuar ne nenin 7 te Vendimit te Këshillit të Ministrave Nr. 704, datë 29.10.2014 Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave për shërbime në planifikim territori, projektim, mbikëqyrje dhe kolaudim .
