Ankesa: OE “FEDOS” Shpk me NIPT K01514009I ushtroi te drejten e ankimit ne AK në datë 05.03.2020, duke kundërshtuar skualifikimin e ofertës së tij ekonomike.
Me shkresën nr. 1243/4 prot., datë 13.03.2020 dhe me ane te emailit zyrtar, autoriteti kontraktor i ka kthyer përgjigje operatorit ekonomik ankimues “FEDOS” Shpk duke mos e pranuar ankesën. Pas kalimit te afateve ligjore te ankeses ne KPP, eshte vijuar me shpalljen e operatorit ekonomik te suksesshem . Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “EUROMED” Shpk: Nuk keni paraqitur oferte ekonomike dhe dokumentacionin tekniko ligjor te kerkuar ne DST. 2. “BIOMETRIC ALBANIA” Shpk : Nuk keni paraqitur oferte ekonomike dhe dokumentacionin tekniko ligjor te kerkuar ne DST. 3. “FEDOS” Shpk : Mostrat e paraqitura nga ana juaj u derguan ne Sherbimin e Kirurgjise Vaskulare per tu vleresuar dhe testuar nga ana e mjekeve te ketij sherbimi. Pas testimit dhe vleresimit te mostrave, sherbimi i kirurgjise vaskulare me ane te shkreses nr. 81/12, date 14.02.2020, ka kthyer pergjigje ne lidhje me vleresimin e mostrave te shoqerise tuaj, ku kane vleresuar: Protezat polyester (nr. 1,2,14,15) jane te veshura me kolagen dhe jo me gelatin te absorbueshme bovine, nuk jane warp knitted, double velour, nuk sigurojne porozitet 0 ne implantim. Protezat polyester (14, 15) kane shtrese antimikrobiale me silver. Proteza PTFE (nr. 13) ka thin wall te forte, gje e cila zgjat deri ne 30-40 minuta kohen e ndalimit te hemoragjise ne vrimat ku ka kaluar sutura qe ka qepur anastomozen. Hemostatiku absorbabel (nr. 34) nuk eshte per demtime vaskulare te pasuturueshme. |
