Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Operatori ekomomik “Adel Co”sh.p.k : Nuk ka dorëzuar ofertë ekonomike dhe dokumentacionin përkatës të kërkuar nga autoriteti kontraktorë sipas dukumentave standart të kësaj procedure njekohësisht ky operatorë nuk ka dorëzuar mostrat përkatëse. 2. Operatori ekomomik “INPRESS” sh.p.k : Operatori duhet të dorëzojë një deklaratë me anë të së cilës garantohet mbrojtja e të dhënave që përdoren gjatë printimit, në respektim të ligjit Nr. 9887, datë 10.03.2008 ”Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale”, i ndryshuar. Kjo deklaratë nuk është dorëzuar nga ana e operatorit ekonomik. Gjatë verifikimit të mostrave është konstatuar se Regjistri i Urgjencës dhe Ndihmës së Shpejtë dhe Regjistri Themeltarë i Vaksinimit nuk përmbushin specifikimet teknike sipas DST. |
