    a. Imes-D nuk ka paraqitur deklaratën e mosangazhimit te stafit, xhiro totale është 7.316.326 leke, më e vogël se xhiro e kërkuar 7.816.560 lekë.
    b. Imes–D dhe Gold Construction nuk ka paraqitur gjendje bankare sipas % në marrëveshje.
    c. Gold Construction nuk ka punime të ngjashme sipas % në marrëveshje.
    d. IKN nuk ka paraqitur ing. Hidroteknik.
