Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1- Bashkimi i operatoreve: “ANAKONDA Security” shpk & “BALILI CO” shpk: Nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit sipas DST dhe konkretisht: a. Nuk ploteson nr e rojeve qe ofrojne sherbimin. (11 roje duhej sipas kontrates se bashkepunimit ) 2- Firma “MYRTO SECURITY” Nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit sipas DST dhe konkretisht: a. Ka vetem 10 roje nga 18 qe kerkohen . b. Nuk ka te specifikuar ne performancen e drejtorise se policise se qarkut vlore pergjegjesin e sherbimit dhe grupin e gatshem. c.
