Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “SOFIA MYFTARI sh.p.k” • " Sofia Myftari " person fizik , ka dhene nje oferte si subjekt me vete , por ne vazhdim ka paraqitur nje kontrate bashkepunimi te noterizuar me operatorin ekonomik " Soal " shpk dhe nje marreveshje bashkepunimi me operatorin ekonomik " Alexmark " shpk , por qe te dyja nuk jane konform dhe sipas percaktimit te bere ne nenin Nr 74“ Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike “pika 1,2 dhe 3 te VKM Nr 914 date 29.12.2014 , " Per rregullat e prokurimit Publik " , i ndryshuar ku thuhet se , (pika 1 e nemit 74) : - " oferta mund te paraqitet nga nje bashkim operatoresh ekonomike , ku njeri prej te cileve perfaqeson te tjeret gjate procedures dhe ne rast perzgjedhjeje edhe gjate zbatimit te kontrates. 2. “MIFEEL sh.p.k: • " Mifeel " shpk , ka dhene nje oferte si subjekt me vete , por ne vazhdim ka paraqitur nje kontrate bashkepunimi te noterizuar me operatorin ekonomik " Soal " shpk dhe nje marreveshje bashkepunimi me operatorin ekonomik " Alexmark " shpk , por qe te dyja nuk jane conform dhe sipas percaktimit te bere ne nenin Nr 74 “ Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike “pika 1,2 dhe 3 te VKM Nr 914 date 29.12.2014 , " Per rregullat e prokurimit Publik " , i ndryshuar ku thuhet se , (pika 1 e nemit 74) : - " oferta mund te paraqitet nga nje bashkim operatoresh ekonomike , ku njeri prej te cileve perfaqeson te tjeret gjate procedures dhe ne rast perzgjedhjeje edhe gjate zbatimit te kontrates. |
