Ka pasur ankesa dhe ka marre pergjigje me vendimim te K.P.P.me nr .241 date 25-04-2018. Operatori Meni SHPK eshte shpallur fitues sipas vendimit te K.P.P.me nr .241 date 25-04-2018. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik vendosi te anullojë vendimin e KVO-së mbi kualifikimin e Bashkimit te Operatoreve “Dimension Construction” SHPK & “Junik” SHPK dhe të korrigjojë shkeljet, duke e skualifikuar këtë bashkim operatorësh ekonomik. Arsyeja e skualifikimit ishte sepse Operatori ekonomik DIMENSION CONSTRUCTION nuk ka bere gabim aritmetik ne oferten e tij, hedhur ne sistem per kete tender, por ka nderhyre, modifikuar oferten e tenderuar sipas shtojces 11 të DT, konkretisht ka ndryshuar, modifikuar sasine ne zerin 33 dhe 162 te formularit te ofertes. |
