Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm me arsyet si më poshtë: 1. ”Florfarma” shpk, Oferta e ketij OE eshte mbi cmimin njesi te ketij loti. Rrjedhimisht ky OE skualifikohet automatikisht, për Lotin 25 të kësaj procedure prokurimi. 2. “Evita” shpk, Formulari i ofertes nuk eshte plotesuar me te dhenat e kerkuara ne DST per kete bar: Paracetamol 10 mg/ml - 100 ml Flakon, por eshte plotesuar:Paracetamol 1g Flakon/Ampule.Nuk plotesohet pika ç/1 e KVK“1. Kandidati/Ofertuesi duhet të dorëzojë: ç.Formularin e Ofertës, sipas Shtojcës 1”, ku te dhenat qe do te plotesohen ne shtojcen 1 lidhen me te dhenat per barin/lotin qe OE konkurron, oferton dhe te kerkuar sipas DST qe ne kete rast eshte Lot25 Paracetamol 10 mg/ml - 100 ml Flakon.
