Ka pasur ankesa nga operatoret ekonomike “Eral” SHPK dhe “Haxhi Shahu” PF.Objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertave të paraqitura nga operatoret ekonomike.Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik ka vendosur : -Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues “ERAL” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit të sipërcituar. -pranimin plotësisht të ankesës së operatorit ekonomik “Haxhi Shahu” PF për procedurën e prokurimit. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: 1.“ERAL”SHPK per arsye: • Nuk plotëson kriteret e veçanta / kapacitetin ligjor për kualifikim. • Nuk plotëson kriteret e vecanta / kapacitetin teknik për kualifikim. • Nuk i plotëson specifikimet teknike për kualifikim Konkretisht : 1) Dokumentat: Licenca përkatëse e lëshuar nga Organi kompetent, Certifikata e klasifikimit ku percaktohet kategoria dhe niveli perkates i struktures akomoduese , me afat vlefshmërie brenda afatit të ekzkeutimit të kësaj kontrate; dëshmia e kuzhinierit; Vërtetimin që vërteton se OE plotëson kushtet higjeno sanitare, lëshuar nga Instituti i Shëndetit Publik; Çertifikata e pronësise që vërteton vendndodhjen e Operatorit Ekonomik; polica e sigurimit dhe leja e qarkullimit të automjetit; rezulton të jenë paraqitur në fotokopje, as origjinale as fotokopje fotokopje të noterizuara. 2) Nuk plotëson kriterin sipas të cilit: Operatori ekonomik pjesëmarrës për arsye sigurie duhet të marri përsipër mbylljen e aktivitetit brenda rrethimit dhe nuk duhet të lejojë klientë të tretë brenda ambienteve të tij përvec personelit të hotelit gjatë gjithë periudhës së ekzekutimit të kontratës. |
