Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. “OES DISTRIMED” Shpk per keto arsye: -Origjina e stampuar mbi mostër nuk përputhet me origjinën e deklaruar nga ofertuesi.Në dokumentacionin e paraqitur në SPE origjina e produktit rezulton Bourmas Medical, Greqi. Mostra e dorëzuar rezulton Medtronic. Pra oferta e paraqitur nuk eshte ne perputhje me kriteret dhe specifikimet teknike te vendosura ne DST dhe shtojcen me ndryshime ne DST, duke u konsideruar oferte e pavlefshme. 2. “PASTRIME SILVIO” Shpk per keto arsye: -Artikulli i ofruar nga OE, nuk ka shtresë plastike në njërën anë.Shtresa e letrës e kërkuar në dST është 21 g/m2.
