ARSALD Shpk Nuk permbush kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim sipas DST. Nuk ploteson Kriterin: - “Nje vertetim qe konfirmon shlyerjen e te gjitha detyrimeve te maturuara te energjise elektrike te kontratave te energjise qe ka operatori ekonomik qe eshte rregjistruar ne Shqiperi”. 3.
