Ka pasur ankesa. . Ka marre pergjigje nga Autoriteti Kontraktor ne date 24.10.2016 dhe nga Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr. 924/2016 date 02.12.2016. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Operatori ekonomik EUROPA: Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentat ligjore te kerkuara ne DST. 2. Operatori ekonomik ARJAN - A: Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendimin nr. 924/2016 prot, date 02.12.2016 (pika III.1.5) ka vendosur skualifikimin e ofertes. 3. Operatori ekonomik SULOLLARI: Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentat ligjore te kerkuara ne DST. Ne kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit nuk ka plotesuar kreun B piken 1,(kontrata juaj per furnizime te ngjashme me objekt ne furnizimin me kaldaje me lende djegese nafte), si dhe nuk ploteson pikat 3,4,te kreut B si dhe spefikimet teknike te kerkuara ne DST. 4.
