Ka pasur ankesa Jane s'kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1.Operatori ekonomik "Albaphoto" eshte s'kualifikuar per arsyet e meposhtme, nga verifikimi i gjithe dokumentacionit te kerkuar ne DST, u konstatua qe nuk ishte i plote. Operatori ekonomik Albaphoto shpk ka paraqitur vetem formularin e ofertes dhe nuk ka vene ne dispozicion te Autoritetit Kontraktor asnje dokument qe verteton plotesimin e kritereve te pergjithshme, kritereve te vecanta, kapacitetin ligjor dhe ekonomiko-financiar dhe kapacitetet teknike. 2.Oparatori ekonomik "Biometric Albania" shpk eshte s'kualifikuar, nga verifikimi i gjithe dokumentacionit te kerkuar ne DST, u konstatua qe nuk ishte i plote. Operatori ekonomik Biometric Albania shpk ka paraqitur vetem Ekstraktin e Rregjistrimit Tregetar dhe nuk ka vene ne dispozicion te Autoritetit Kontraktor asnje dokument qe verteton plotesimin e kritereve te pergjithshme, kritereve te vecanta, kapacitetin ligjor dhe ekonomiko-financiar dhe kapacitetet teknike. 3.Oparatori ekonomik "Fedos" shpk eshte s'kualifikuar, pasi nga verifikimi i gjithe dokumentacionit te kerkuar ne DST, u konstatua qe nuk ishte i sakte dhe i plote. Konkretisht: a) Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur autorizimin per tregetim te pajisjeve mjekesore te leshuara nga Ministria e Shendetesise e cila ka vlevshmerine deri me 31.12.2016, pra eshte jeshte afatit te vlefshmerise. b) Gjithashtu, nga specifikimet teknike te kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor metoda e pajisjes mjekesore te kerkuar nuk eshte sipas kerkesave tona, perkatesisht metoda e ketij aparati qe paraqet operatori ekonomik eshte ELISA. |
