Operatori ekonomik "Blerimi"shpk, me NIPT J62903384G, me vlere ekonomike 4 442 016 Leke pa TVSH, skualifikohet per arsyet si me poshte; Operatori ekonomik "Blerimi" nuk ka paraqitur Deklaraten e Gjendjes Gjyqesore sipas shtojces 7 (vetedeklarimin) te vendosura ne kriteret e tenderit nga autoriteti kontraktor si edhe ka ndryshuar zerin ne preventivin e ofertes. Nuk ka ofertuar per dy zera duke vendosur vleren zero.Pra ky operator nuk i ploteson te gjitha kriteret e vendosura ne DST nga autoriteti kontraktor. Oferta e tij nuk eshte e plote. 2 .Operatori ekonomik "Delia Impex" shpk , me NIPT K57123001R, me vlere ekonomike 2 975 561 Leke pa TVSH, skualifikohet per arsyet si me poshte vijon; Oferta ekonomike e operatorit ekonomik Delia Impex shpk eshte s'kualifikuar ne baze te vendimit nr. 147/2017 date 20.03.2017 te Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik.
