Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Ka operatorë ekonomikë të s'kualifikuar 1. Operatori ekonomik "Kushtrimi 2000", me vlere ekonomike 2 308 288.10 Leke pa TVSH, skualifikohet per arsyet si me poshte: Operatori ekonomik KUSHTRIMI 2002 skualifikohet pasi ka paraqitur vetem formularin e ofertes (pa preventiv dhe pa analizen e cmimit ne perllogaritje konkrete) dhe certifikatat e punonjesve te sherbimit. Ky operator nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument tjeter nga kriteret e DST te vendosura nga autoriteti kontraktor. Pra ky operator nuk i ploteson kriteret e vendosura ne DST nga autoriteti kontraktor. Oferta e tij nuk eshte e plote 2.
