Ka pasur ankesa. Kanë marrë përgjigje në datë 26.03.2019 me shkresën nr 511/3; datë 21.03.2019 me shkresën nr 503/1. Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtem: 1. ALAR FOOD & SERVICE SHPK : • Bazuar dokumentacionit të dorëzuar ofertuesi nuk plotëson kriterin e përcaktuar në pikën 2(c) te seksionit 3.3 Kapaciteti Teknik , pasi Leja e Mjedisit tipi C, kodi III.1.A e paraqitur nga ky operator rezulton qe te jete jo ne perputhje me adresen e ambjenit te paraqitur ne kontraten e qerase ku ky operator do te zhvilloje aktivitetin. 2. Arsyet e skualifikimit të NIKA SHPK: • Nuk e përmbush kapacitetin teknik të kërkuar në DT ne lidhje me personat e kerkuar, konkretisht nga 10 persona të kerkuar si kuzhinier, mercellogë dhe ndihmes kuzhinier, te rregullt sipas listepageses (kodit) jane vetem 6 persona. 3.
