Me datë 27.08.2025 Nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe Autoritetit Kontraktor është depozituar ankesa me numër ankimimi elektronik A/2025/5735, dhe me Nr. 2303/2025 Prot., datë 27.08.2025 e operatorit ekonomikë “LAVIVA TECHNOLOGIES” SHPK, ku u konstatua se objekti i saj lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së tij nga procedura e prokurimit të sipërcituar. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik Nr.1187/2025 datë 04.09.2025, vendos: 1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “LAVIVA TECHNOLOGIES” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit në procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti Kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së prokurimit. |
