Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - BOE “RSM COMPANY” & “DESARET COMPANY”, per arsye: 1- Nuk përmbush kriterin e pikës 2.3.1/a. BOE sipas kontratës së bashkëpunimit ndërmjet të dyja palëve “RSM COMPANY” dhe “DESARET COMPANY”, anëtari me përqindjen më të madhe të pjesëmarrjes në bashkim që është “RSM COMPANY”, i cili do të mbulojë 98% të punimeve, nuk arrin të plotësojë punën e ngjashme sipas objektit që prokurohet në masën 50 % të vlerës së përllogaritur për një objekt të vetëm. 2- Nuk përmbush kriterin e pikës 2.3 4. Sipas kontratës së bashkëpunimit ndërmjet “RSM COMPANY” dhe “DESARET COMPANY”, BOE në dokumentet e paraqitura elektronikisht nuk disponon Inxhinier Ndërtimi (Profili Transport) si drejtues teknik në licencën e shoqërisë. |
