Njoftuar lidhja e kontrates ne Buletinin Nr. 8 datë 12 Shkurt 2024 Më datë 24.07.2023, pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “A & E Engineering” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi mbi vlerësimin me pikë të propozimeve teknike të paraqitura nga operatori ekonomik “A & E Engineering” SHPK. Më datë 20.09.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi dëgjoi relatorin e çështjes, shqyrtoi parashtrimet me shkrim të ankimuesit, dokumentacionin e paraqitur nga autoriteti, pretendimet e ankimuesit, dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi: 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “A&E Engineering” SHPK 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të rivlerësojë operatorët ekonomikë pjesëmarrës në procedurën e prokurimit, referuar konstatimeve të këtij vendimi. |
