Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. OB Construction Sh.p.k & Alba Construction Sh.p.k : Ne preventivin e paraqitur nga ky BOE, vlera e kontrolluar e totalit te preventivit rezulton 84,509,427.92, ndersa vlera e paraqitur nga BOE eshte 86,795,310.7. Per kete rast, ne zbatim te pikes 4 te nenit 66 te VKM 914, date 29.12.2014 “ Per miratimin e Rreguullave te Prokurimit Publik”, diferenca e gabimeve ne total eshte me e madhe se 2 % e vleres se ofertuar, konkretisht 2.63 %, për këtë arsye KVO nuk vijoi me kontrollin e dokumentave te tjera. 2. OE PE-VLA-KU Sh.p.k : - Ne formularin e ofertes mungon totalisht preventivi per QSH Hardhisht ne qarkun Durres cka e skualifikon automatikisht kete ofertues nga konkurimi. Ne preventivin e paraqitur nga ky OE, vlera e kontrolluar e totalit te preventivit rezulton 94,692,657.33, ndersa vlera e paraqitur nga OE eshte 88,387,767. Per kete rast, ne zbatim te pikes 4 te nenit 66 te VKM 914, date 29.12.2014 “ Per miratimin e Rreguullave te Prokurimit Publik”, diferenca e gabimeve ne total eshte me e madhe se 2 % e vleres se ofertuar, për këtë arsye KVO nuk vijoi me kontrollin e dokumentave te tjera. 3.
