1. “Blerimi” SHPK & “Përparimi/G” SHPK , me vlerë të ofertës: 2 799 853 lekë pa TVSH, përkatësisht për arsyet:
a. Sipas akt marreveshjes date 06.08.2018 nenshkruar nga administratoret e dy operatoreve ekonomike “Perparimi/G”shpk & “Blerimi”shpk ,vertetuar nënshkrimi nga noteri me nr. 454 Rep date 06.08.2018,subjekti “Perparimi/G” shpk merr persiper te kryeje 10 % te punimeve ndersa sipas preventivit te punimeve te dorezuar ne SPE te ndara mes dy subjekteve pjese e bashkimit , rezulton që “Perparimi/G” shpk do te kryeje me shume se 10 % te punimeve ,konkretisht 11.8 % ne kundershtim me akt marreveshjen e nenshkruar mes paleve.
b. Po ashtu subjekti “Blerimi ” shpk sipas akt marreveshjes merr persiper te kryeje 90 % te punimeve ndersa sipas preventivit te punimeve te dorezuar ne SPE rezulton që ky subjekt do te kryeje me pak se 90 % te punimeve ,konkretisht 88.1 % ,ne kundershtim me akt marreveshjen e nenshkruar mes paleve.
