- Nuk ploteson kriterin e vecanë të kualifikimit analizën teknike të çmimit , pasi mbështetur në V.K.M .Nr.354 dt.11.05.2016 "Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave për shërbime në planifikim territori, projektim, mbikëqyrje dhe kolaudim" dhe në Rekomandimin e App-së me nr.6559 prot, dt.27.06,2018, oferta juaj është më e ulët se kufiri minimal i parashikuar në kriteret teknike. Nuk ploteson kriterin për numrin e punonjësve pasi ju mungon një inxhinier i rrymave të ulta.
2. “Novatech” SHPK :
-Nuk plotëson kriterin e vecantë , nuk keni paraqitur analizën teknike të çmimit dhe nuk keni paraqitur listëpagesat e punonjësve për periudhën Qershor -Dhjetor 2017.
