OE AL-ASFALT paraqet ne AK ankese me nr.33/8prot date 17.03.2021. Komisioni shqyrtimit ankeses per BI-SERVIS jep pergjigje me nr.33/10prot date 24.03.2021. Komisioni shqyrtimit ankeses vendos me nr.33/13prot date 24.03.2021 ne lidhje me ankesen e paraqitur nga ana e AL-ASFALT.
Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. BI-SERVIS.shpk, për këto arsye:
- Sipas kerkeses ne DT “ Per kapacitetin teknik 2.3 “ pika 9 nga konstatimi verejme qe 9(nente) kamionat jane nen kapacitetin e kerkuar prej jo me pak se 30 ton konfirmuar ne lejet e qarkullimit te paraqitura.
2. AL-ASFALT shpk, për këto arsye:
- Sipas kerkeses ne DT “ Per kapacitetin teknik 2.3 “ pika 9 nga konstatimi verejme qe 10(dhjete) kamionat jane nen kapacitetin e kerkuar prej jo me pak se 30 ton konfirmuar ne lejet e qarkullimit te paraqitura.
3. BIBA-X shpk, për këto arsye:
- Sipas kerkeses ne DT “ Per kapacitetin teknik 2.3 “ pika 9 nga konstatimi verejme qe 5(pese) kamionat jane nen kapacitetin e kerkuar prej jo me pak se 30 ton konfirmuar ne lejet e qarkullimit te paraqitura.
