1.Ligus sh.p.k, per arsye:
- nuk ploteson pikat:
-Shtojcen 8 tek e cila nuk ka te perfshire ortaket e kompanise te cilet shfaqen ne ekstraktin e shoqerise tuaj.
-Formularin e ofertës sipas shtojcës 1 nuk permban bjektin e prokurimit sipas REF-72938-06-19-2023 te shpalluar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
-Pika 2.3.1 nuk plotesohet pasi furnizimet e paraqitura nga Operatori ekonomik nuk perputhen me objektin e prokurimit te shpallur nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
- nuk ploteson piken 2.4.1 Operatori ekonomik duhet të disponojë dhe paraqesë Certifikim ISO 9001:2015, të vlefshme, të përkthyera në gjuhën shqipe dhe të noterizuara nëse janë në gjuhë të huaj. Pasi certifikata Iso nuk shfaqet ne faqen zyrtare te Certis.
