Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. “Alba Konstruksion” SHPK – NIPT: J61812013R pasi nuk plotësoi kërkesat ligjore, financiare dhe teknike të DST, duke munguar formulari i vetëdeklarimit, punët e ngjashme, sigurimi i ofertës, dokumentacioni teknik për tubat/matësat, laboratori i testimit dhe certifikimet përkatëse.
2. BOE “Mela” SHPK & “Curri” SHPK – NIPT: K62320011G / J67902718S pasi nuk paraqiti pajisjen GPS/Total Station dhe laboratori i testimit nuk ishte i akredituar për testin ASTM C1260:2023.
3. BOE “Meteo” SHPK & “Totila” SHPK – NIPT: L26310801C / K13001010G pasi nuk plotësoi kërkesat për staf, mjete dhe pajisje teknike, mungoi dokumentacioni për tubat/matësat, certifikimet CE dhe ISO 9001, autorizimet e prodhuesit, si dhe laboratori i testimit.
4. “Rafin Company” SHPK – NIPT: L52125110A pasi nuk plotësoi kriteret për licencat, stafin teknik dhe fuqinë punëtore të kërkuar, si dhe kishte mungesa në mjetet dhe pajisjet teknike të deklaruara.
5. “Vllaznimi” SHPK – NIPT: J79602601O pasi nuk plotësoi kërkesat për sigurimin e ofertës, xhiron vjetore, përvojën e ngjashme, licencat, stafin, mjetet teknike, laboratorin e testimit dhe dokumentacionin teknik të kërkuar.
