Ka pasur ankesa.
Me date 18.06.2019 eshte paraqitur ankese nga operatori ekonomik pjesmarres ne procedure NOVAMAT, duke kundershtuar kualifikimin e operatorit tjeter VASAA.
Me date 25.06.2019 UKSH i kthen pergjigje Ankimuesit, duke mos marre ne konsiderate ankesen e bere. Kthimi I pergjigjes eshte bere ne menyre elektronike ne adresen e e-mail te shoqerise dhe fizikisht me poste.
Ne baze te nenein 63 te LPP-se ankimuesi ka patur 10 dite kohe per tu ankuar ne Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik, kete te drejte ankimuesi nuk e ka ushtruar.
Nuk jane kualifikuar operatoret ekonomik si me poshte:

Ky operator te kriteret te vecanta nuk permbush:
Kriterin 2.3 ‘Per kapacitetin teknik” pika 2.3.4-“Ofertuesi duhet te paraqese autorizim prodhuesi per mallrat objekt i kontrates,te perkthyer dhe noterizuar”,pasi operatori nuk e ka paraqitur fare autorizimin e prodhuesit.
