1. Kohëzgjatja e kontratës ose afati kohor për ekzekutimin: 1.Duke filluar nga momenti i nenshkrimit te kontrates, Automjetet e Sh.A Ujesjelles Kanalizime Vlore, do të kompletohen me policat e sigurimit si për TPL, ose TPL dhe KASKO nga operatori ekonomik fitues menjehere nga data e skadimi te siguracionit paraardhes. Periudha e sigurimit si për policat TPL dhe KASKO është 1 (një) vit nga data e kompletimit të automjetit me policë sigurimi TPL ose TPL dhe KASKO.
2. Sigurimi personal i jetes ndaj aksidenteve ne pune per 8 (tete) persona te KUZ do te behet menjehere nga data e skadimi te siguracionit paraardhes, me afat 1 (nje) vit nga data e kompletimit te sigurimit te jetes.
