te cilin jane paraqitur dhe prezantuar te gjitha shkaqet, qe kane cuar ne nevojen per kete shtese
kontrate. Nevoja për punë shtesë është shkaktuar si i punimeve shtese , të paparashikuar , që nuk varen nga Autoriteti Kontraktor ( Gjeologjine dhe problematikat teknike qe kane dale gjate kohes se zbatimit ) , nuk ndahen teknikisht nga kontrata fillestare ( te gjitha keto punime jane te nderthurura me kontraten baze), dhe jane te nevojshme per perfundimin e kontrates baze. Kontrata shtese nuk kalon 20% te vleres se kontrates baze, Autoriteti Kontraktor vlereson se kosto e pergjithshme e ketyre punimeve eshte me e vogel pasi jane çmimet e tenderuara ne kontraten baze jo çmimet e manualit. |
