Ka pasur ankesa. Brenda afatit ligjor 7 ditor ka paraqitur ankese Shoqeria “VLLAZNIA NDERTIM I.S” sh.p.k ,protokolluar prane AK me nr.318, date 01.08.2018. Autoriteti Kontraktor ne lidhje me kete ankese ka dale me vendimin e dates 07.08.2018, percjelle subjektit me shkresen nr 330 prot, dt.08.08.2018. Me date 16.08.2018 shoqeria “VLLAZNIA NDERTIM I.S” sh.p.k, i është drejtuar KPP-se. KPP me vendimin nr 589/2018, percjelle AK-së me shkresen nr 589/1 prot, dt.07.09.2018 ndër të tjera ka vendosur mos pranimin e ankesës së operatorit “VLLAZNIA NDERTIM I.S” sh.p.k dhe lejimin e AK që të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshem procedurial. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Adem Pojani : Nuk plotëson asnjë nga kriteret e kualifikim pasi nuk është ngarkuar asnjë dokument ligjor në sistem. 2. “GJOKA KONSTRUKSION” sh.a: Nuk ka dhene oferte per Formularin Nr 8 te preventivit vlera e te cilit përfaqëson 3% te ofertes, ne total oferta e tij leviz 2.13%.Prandaj eshte e pavlefshme. 3. “VLLAZNIA NDERTIM I.S” sh.p.k: Nuk ka plotesuar Preventivin sipas kerkesave te DST. Ne DST dhe sistem, ka tre preventive me dy çmime te ndryshme, ngarkuar nga AK. Ne oferten tuaj keni paraqitur nje preventiv per t e gjthe gjatesine e kontrates me nje lloj çmimi, ne kundershtim me ato te parashikuar nga AK, duke bere oferten tuaj ta pa vlefshme. Si rrjedhim, Shtojca 1 e DST-ve, formulari i ofertes, vleresohet jo e rregullt. 4. “ALKO IMPEX GENERAL CONSTRUCION” sh.p.k : Nuk plotëson kushtet per kualifikim per sa ju perket mjeteve te punes qe kerkohen per zbatimin e kontrates, pasi keto mjete jane te njejta me ato te angazhuara ne objektin: "Kuben- Vasije 35.4 km” , ne te cilin jeni kualifikuar dhe renditur i pari, prandaj mjetet tuaja rezultojne te angazhuara ne tjeter objekt, ne kundershtim me ate qe eshte percaktuar ne kriteret per kualifikim. |
