Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur formularin e ofertes me gabime, konkretisht cmimi total ne artikullin 2 “Rrjete teli per rrethimin e varrezave” dhe artikulli 8 “Hekuri fi 8 mm”, rrjedhimisht dhe ne cmimin total te ofertes ekonomike. 2.VAYA international” shpk , per arsye: - Nuk i plotëson kapacitetet teknike për kualifikim-OE ka paraqitur ISO 9001:2015 per permbushjen e kriterit 2.3.2 Operatori Ekonomik duhet të disponojë dhe paraqesë certifikate të vlefshme: ISO 9001-2015 (Sistemi i Menaxhimit te Cilesise) KVO konstaton se Isoja e paraqitur nga OE “VAYA international” shpk ka skaduar ne date 14.01.2024, ne kohen e hapjes se tenderit certifikata nuk eshte e vlefshme sic kerkohet ne DST. |
