Operatori Ekonomik “RIKON-AL” sh.p.k, pasi nuk disponon minimumi 10 (dhjetë) mjete transporti mallrash, me qëllim transportin e mallit dhe krijimin e mundësisë të levizjes së specialistë-ve për të dhënë sherbimin ne kohë në të gjithë territorin ku janë të vendosura zyrat e OSHEE GROUP sh.a dhe bijave. _____________________________________________ Në datën 26.12.2024, nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike, pranë autoritetit kontraktor dhe njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Rikon-Al” SHPK, duke kundërshtuar vendimin e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave lidhur me skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur prej tij nga procedura e prokurimit. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me Vendim nr. 225 date 12.02.2025vendosi: 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Rikon-Al” SHPK. 2.
