Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar pika 1/ pasi; Bilanci i vitit 2017 është i paçertifikuar nga tatimet. b. Kapacitetin Teknik pika 7/ pasi; deklarata e konformitetit paraqitur nga operatori nuk është për pajisjen Impiant për trajtimin e ujërave të autoboteve, por vetëm për panel të tipit ANS. 2. Operatori ekonomik “NOVAMAT” me vlere te ofruar 13.520.000 lekë pa TVSH. Shpk Është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk përmbush: a. Kapacitetin Teknik pika 7/ pasi; operatori ka paraqitur deklaratë vetjake mbi certifikatë CE, në kundështim me kriterin e kërkuar që duhet deklaratë CE nga prodhuesi sipas makinerisë objekt prokurimi. b. Kapacitetin Teknik pika 8/ pasi; - Nuk ka paraqitur test raport për Impiantin e trajtimit të ujërave; - Makineria referuar katalogut të paraqitur nga operatori i papërkthyer dhe noterizuar, nuk përmbush specifikimet e kërkuara në DST . |
