EROIL SH.A & DAS OIL, Marzhi i fitimit 8.8 % OE DAS Sh.p.k pjese e bashkimit te operatoreve EROIL SH.A dhe Das Sh.p.k nuk ka paraqitur Autorizim ose leje per tregtim ne emer te subjektit qe ai perfaqeson. Dorezimi I Autorizimit te paraardhesit te tij qe dispononte para shitjes kete pike karburanti nuk eshte i vlefshem ,pasi ne piken 5 te kartonit te Autorizimit citohet shprehimisht:Marresi i Autorizimit eshte i detyruar te dorezoje kete Autorizim prane ketij organi ne rast se ndryshon pronesine e ketij stacioni,ose ka ndryshime te destinacionit. Nuk ploteson piken 1.2.3 per shlyerjen e tarifave vendore per vitin 2018 ,sic eshte e percaktuar ne DST. 2.
