Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomik si më poshtë vijon: 1. Bashkimi i Operatoreve ekonomik “GJEOKONSULT”, “ADSTAR” dhe “ARCHISPACE” është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk permbush: • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 8/ pasi; OE Adstar nuk ka paraqitur reference pune te ngjashme per specilistet per veprimtarine arkeologjike dhe restauruese. • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 9/ pasi; certifikatat e eksperteve te paraqitur nga OE Gjeokonsult dhe Archispace, eshte per “Auditim Energjie” nga kolegj universitar, ne kundershtim me objektin e plotë të certifikimit “Auditim Energjie ne Ndërtesa dhe Procese” nga UPT. • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 13/ pasi: OE Archispace nuk ka te deklaruar në listëpagesë dy prej drejtuesve teknik të Licenses. • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 17/ pasi: oferta ekonomike e paraqitur nga BO ekonomikë, ëshët me e ulët se minimumi i përcaktuar sipas VKM nr.354 datë 11.05.2016. 2. Bashkimi i Operatoreve ekonomik “INSTITUTI DEKLIADA” dhe “ATERLIER” është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk permbush: • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 17/ pasi: oferta ekonomike e paraqitur nga BO ekonomikë, ështe me e ulët se minimumi i përcaktuar sipas VKM nr.354 datë 11.05.2016. 3. Operatori ekonomik “TAULANTIA” është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk përmbush: • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 2.3/ pasi; nga dokumentat për 12 punë te ngjashme: - 7 pune te ngjashme, nuk i përmbahen objektit te kontratës (studime fizibiliteti, mbetje, kanale kullues, supervizim, data collection) - 5 pune te ngjashme arrijnë në shumë totale 15.1 mln, pra nuk permbushin 40% e fondit limit të kërkuar në DST. • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 6/ pasi; nuk ka paraqitur Licence per “Sherbime ekpertize dhe profesionale lidhur me burimet energjitike” • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 7/ pasi; nuk ka paraqitur Licence per “Shpues prefesionist per uje” • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 8/ pasi; specialisti per veprimtarine arkeologjike dhe restauruese, zj.Lida Miraj nuk figuron ne listepagesen e shoqerise. • Kapacitetin Teknik pika 9/ pasi; certifikata e ekspertit te paraqitur nga operatori eshte per “Auditim Energjie” nga kolegj universitar, ne kundershtim me objektin e plotë të certifikimit “Auditim Energjie ne Ndërtesa dhe Procese” nga UPT. 4. Operatori ekonomik “ARCHNET 360” është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk përmbush: - Asnje nga kriret e kerkuara ne DST. |
