Operatori ekonomik “Alen-Co” shpk : - Ne katalogun e paraqitur nga ky operator, rripat nuk jane shenuar ne menyre te dukshme te gjitha modelet e rripave te kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, ne kundershtim kjo me piken 2.3, shkronja “d” te kerkesave per kualifikim. - Ne piken 2.3 shkronja “d” te kerkesave per kualifikim eshte kerkuar qe per perbushjen e kapacitetit teknik oepratoret te paraqesin …furnizime te ngjashme te nje vlere jo me te vogel se 2 000 000 leke te realizuara gjate tre viteve te fundit. Referuar dokumentacionit te paraqitur ne sistemin e prokurimit elektronik, rezulton se asnje nga kontratat e paraqitura nga ky operator nuk jane furnizime te ngashme me mallin objekt prokurimi. 2.
