Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës, u konstatua se objekti i saj lidhet me kundërshtimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “CompiTel” shpk, nga procedura e prokurimit të sipërcituar. KPP me vendim Nr. 915/2025 datë 16.07.2025, vendos: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “CompiTel” shpk, për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të rivlerësojë ofertën e operatorit ekonomik “CompiTel” shpk duke e kualifikuar ate.
