Ka pasur ankesa prane Autoritetit Kontraktor. Nuk ka pasur ankimim në KPP. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm per arsyet si me poshte : 1. OE “2A Trade Engineering” sh.p.k : • Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.2, “Kapacitet i teknik” te kritereve e vecanta te kualifikimit sepse nuk ka paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi per produktin OPGW. “Nanjing Jie Yi Ran Communicat ion Equipment Co., Ltd” ka leshuar autorizim si distributor i autorizuar i prodhuesit VIAVI Solutions, per OPGW device (MTS-5800,MTS-8000 OSA500). Por meqenese nuk kishte dokument qe e verteton kete lidhje dhe gjithashtu nuk shfaqej si i tille ne Webfaqen e zyrtare te VIAVIT, atehere KVO ju drejtua kompanise prodhuese VIAVI Solutions. Pergjigjja e prodhuesit VIAVI Solutions eshte se “Nanjing Jie Yi Ran Communicat ion Equipment Co., Ltd” nuk eshte distributor i autorizuar, as partner dhe as nuk ka asnje lidhje me kete kompani. 2. “Power Industries” sh.p.k : • Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.2, “Kapacitet i teknik” te kritereve e vecanta te kualifikimit sepse nuk ka paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi per produktin OPGW. “Nanjing Jie Yi Ran Communicat ion Equipment Co., Ltd” ka leshuar autorizim si distributor i autorizuar i prodhuesit VIAVI Solutions, per OPGW device (MTS-5800,MTS-8000 OSA500).
