Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Top Oil” sh.a, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson kriterin e parashikuara në pikën 2.3.2, pasi vlerat e treguesve të analizuar nuk përputhen me DST 2. “Eximol” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotëson kriterin e parashikuar në pikën 2.3.3, pasi certifikatë ISO 28001:2007 (Për sistemin e menaxhimit të shëndetit dhe sigurisë në punë) e parashikuar, rezulton se nuk është certifikata e kërkuar nga AK, as përsa i përketë objektit të certifikimit dhe as për sa i përketë numrit dhe llojit të certifikatës. 3. “POWER INDUSTRIES” SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotëson kriterin e parashikuara në pikën 2.3.2, pasi analizat nuk janë të ISHTI sikurse kërkohen, por janë teste të realizuara nga prodhuesi, të cilat nuk janë kërkuar nga AK, dhe nuk i shërbejnë KVO-së si dokumentacion për të bërë vlerësimin e ofertës së paraqitur. 4. “Kadiu” sh.a, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson kriterin e parashikuara në pikën 2.3.2 pasi vlerat e treguesve të analizuar nuk përputhen me DST. |
