Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.BOE STERKAJ SHPK & ARJEL SHPK per arsye: Gjate verifikimit te marreveshjes se bashkepunimit date 20.06.2022 te neshkruar nga OE, KVo vleresoj permbushtjen nga OE te kerkesave ekonomike, financiare, profesionale dhe teknike nga secili operator ne perputhje me perqindjen dhe zerat e mara persiper ne zbatim te vkm 285/2021 neni 88. Nga verifikim rezulton se OE Sterkaj shpk nuk ploteson te gjitha kerkesat sa I perkete makinerive te nevojshme per realizimin e zerave te mara persiper nga ky operator. Nga Ky operator ekonomik ne Shtojcen nr.8 “Vetdeklarimi” jane listuar makinerite e ofruara nga ku OE ku nuk rezulton asnje kamion. Per sa me larte bashkimi I OE nuk ploteson kerkesat e nenit 88 te vkm 285/2021 dhe piken 2.3.5 te kerkesave per kualifikim. 2.KUPA SHPK per arsye: Operator ekonomik ne Shtojcen nr.8 “Vetdeklarimi” ka listuar makinerite e ofruara nga verifikimi I te cilave rezulton se OE nuk ka paraqitur makinerine “motorsharre”.
