Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.“ILLYRIAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS” (ICE), per arsye: -Nuk ploteson kriteri 2.3.1 ne termat e references ku kerkohet "Per te provuar pervojen e meparshme, kerkohet deshmi per konsulence te meparshme, te njejte ose te ngjashme, te kryera gjate tri viteve te fundit,ne nje vlere jo me pak se dyzet perqind te vleres se perllogaritur te kontrates, qe prokurohet dhe qe eshte realizuar gjate tri viteve te fundit (2019 , 2020, 2021), nga data e shpalljes se njoftimit te kontrates." -Konsulenti nuk ka dorezuar pune te ngjashme , por kontrata projektimi , te cilat nuk kane ne perberje te tyre vleresime inxhinieriko-mjedisore. 2.“KLAJGER KONSTRUKSION” SHPK , per arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriterin kriteri 2.3.2 ne termat e references ku kerkohet: "Operatori duhet te kete Laborator Testues Kimik te Akredituar nga Institucionet Kombetare ose Organizma Nderkombetar Certifikues per analizat kimike . Akreditimi i Laboratorit Testues duhet te jete i vlefshem ne periudhen qe kryhen testimet ne Autoritetin Portual. Laboratori Nord Comat rezulton se nuk eshte i akredituar per testimet e kerkuara ne termat e references. |
