Ankesa ne vleresim: • Bashkimi i operatoreve “Marsi & Al” sh.p.k & MSSC (Military System Supply Company)” sh.p.k & “KOAN” sh.p.k. ankese ne AK dhe ne KPP. • Bashkimi i operatoreve “Malbertex” sh.p.k & Arisa Konfeksion” sh.p.k ankese ne AK. • KPP me vendimin nr. 181/2019 date 29.03.2019 ka vendosur pranimin e ankeses se Bashkimit te operatoreve“Marsi & Al” sh.p.k & MSSC (Military System Supply Company)” sh.p.k & “KOAN” sh.p.ksi dhe ka vendosur qe AK të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së mbi kualifikimin e Bashkimit te operatoreve“D&E” shpk & “Kristal 2001” shpk, shpk duke e skualifikuar atë. Referuar kthim pergjigjes Nr. 492/1 Prot, date 23.01.2019 te Drejtorise Rajonale Tatimore Tirane, rezulton se Malbertex sh.p.k. ka gjobe ne tatimin mbi fitimin per periudhen Nentor 2018 e kontabilizuar me date 16.11.2018. Sa me siper, Malbertex rezulton debitor prane Drejtorise Tatimore ne daten e hapjes se ofertave 17.12.2018. 3. “D&E & Kristal 2001” sh.p.k: • Komisioni i Vleresimit te Ofertave gjate rivleresimitte procedures vendosi skualifikimin e ketij operatori ekonomik ne zbatim te vendimin nr. 181/2019 date 29.03.2019 te Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik. |
