XPERT SYSTEMS sh.p.k, per arsye: --Nuk ka paraqitur certifikate CE, raporte testimi ose deklarate konfirmiteti per produktet qe te konfirmoje standartin e materialeve te perdorura per prodhimin e pompave per uje te pijshem te cilat nuk duhet te permbajne mbetje, lende te demshme ose kimikate qe ndikojne ne cilesine e ujit. -Per pompat binjake horizontale dhe vertikale monofaze dhe 3 fazore, ka ofertuar pompa teke qe nuk plotesojne specifikimet teknike te kerkuara. -Nuk ka ofertuar komponentet perberes te setit te pompave binjake si bazament, kolektore, valvula per mbyllje dhe valvula kontrolli, konektor per thithje ajri, sinjalizues presioni 4 20mA, rele presioni analoge. -Nuk ploteson specifikimet teknike te kerkuara per zerin 5 perkatesisht, pasi nuk ka ofertuar pompa te pajisura me elementet perkates si rele presioni analoge e pajisur me sinjalizues presioni dhe ene zgjerimi jo me pak se 12 litroshe. -Nuk ploteson specifikimet teknike per panelet e kontrollit, zerat 7 dhe 8, ku kerkohet qe panelet te shfaqin ne ekran te dhenat mbi karakteristikat teknike dhe kushtet ne te cilat punon pompa |
