Më datë 08.08.2023 Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi dëgjoi relatorin e çështjes, shqyrtoi parashtrimet me shkrim e pretendimet e ankimuesit, dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë “Fluentgrid Limited” SHPK & “BNT Electronics” SHPK për pretendimet mbi operatorin ekonomik “Kreatx” SHPK 2. Të pranojë ankesën e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë “Fluentgrid Limited” SHPK & “BNT Electronics” SHPK për pretendimet mbi operatorin ekonomik “Primus Albania” SHPK 3.
