Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1."Aci Engineering"sh.p.k, per arsye: -nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e kerkuara ne daten e hapjes se ofertave. -ka ofertuar mbi shumen e fondit limit te shpallur per kete procedure rrjedhimisht KVO-ja nuk vazhdoi me me shqyrtimin e dokumentacionit te mbetur duke e skualifikuar kete operator. 2."LIGUS"sh.p.k, per arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e kerkuara ne daten e hapjes se ofertave. - nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion teknik per mallrat e ofruar(Autorizim prodhuesi,katalog,test raporte). - nuk ploteson kushtin per furnizimet e ngjashme pasi kontratat e furnizimit te paraqitura ne sistem nuk konsiderohen te ngjashme me mallrat qe kerkohen te furnizohen pasi behet fjale per mallra specifike(matesa energjie),rrejdhimisht per arsyet e mesiperme ky operator skualifikohet. |
